The following includes a set of guidelines that outlines the terms and conditions under which a refund may be issued for services provided by a VaVaZoom LLC. The policy is designed to protect both the client and this service provider, ensuring that each party is treated fairly and that any disputes are handled in a professional and ethical manner.

Refunds

Thank you for considering our virtual assistant services for your company. We want to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. Therefore, we have created a refund policy that is fair to both parties.

Refund Policy:

  1. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of signing up for our virtual assistant services, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial payment.
  2. If our virtual assistant services are not meeting your expectations, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a reasonable solution. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your service.
  3. If you wish to cancel your virtual assistant services after the initial 7-day period, we will refund any unused portion of your service on a pro-rated basis. This means that you will only be charged for the time that the virtual assistant has worked on your tasks.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a request for a refund.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the services were used improperly or if we believe that the request is fraudulent.
